“I fell in love with kiting the very first minute of my very first lesson. I felt like Superman and I wanted more. The first time I jumped I felt like I was flying and I screamed a loud “Whoo hoo!” A few other kiters got a kick out of that and all of a sudden, there were a bunch of people jumping and “Whoo hoo!”-ing. Some of my most memorable kiting moments include kiting from island-to-island in Greece’s Cycladic Islands, and kiting underneath the Golden Gate Bridge, among barges and dolphins. Maui lured me with it’s epic wind conditions year-round. Wave riding with the whales from January-March is my favorite time of the year.”
